The CO1.5e is a compact industrial curing oven designed for Cerakote, powder coating, and specialist finishing applications. Designed and manufactured in Britain, it delivers professional performance using true industrial-grade components, setting it apart from many ovens currently available on the market.

The oven features an industrial fan and heating element to ensure consistent heat circulation and uniform curing results. Temperature is precisely controlled using a PID controller with SSR switching, providing excellent stability and improving energy efficiency.

Thanks to its engineered airflow and insulation system, the oven achieves temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C from top to bottom, ensuring consistent curing results across the entire chamber.

Energy consumption is further reduced through the use of high-grade Rockwool Technical insulation, which maximises heat retention and minimises heat loss. Many customers report lower electricity costs after switching to the CO1.5e due to its efficient heating and control system.

For safe and reliable operation, the oven includes a built-in curing timer, safety relay system, emergency stop (E-Stop), and independent over-temperature protection to safeguard both the equipment and the workpiece.
