Data Logging & Quality Control

The temperature of the motor core is critical during the burn-off process. Our Pyroysis ovens can continuously monitor and data log the temperature throughout each cycle, providing a clear record of how the motor has been processed. This allows operators to monitor temperature rise, identify temperature peaks and control the process to help protect the core from unnecessary heat exposure. The recorded data also provides valuable quality control and process traceability, giving rewinders a permanent record of the burn-off cycle for each motor. This supports the documentation and quality requirements associated with professional motor repair and refurbishment.
